ES fiber being the abbreviation of English " Ethylene-Propylene Side By Side ", is new type composite fiber.ES fiber is a kind of two component low melting point meldable fibre, and its sandwich layer is PP or PET, plays main fibre effect, and cortex is then PE or PP, mainly plays hot melt adhesive.ES fiber is after Overheating Treatment, and fiber and fiber are bonding mutually, just can form the nonwoven fabric formed body without adhesive, and select different heat treatment modes, also can obtain the nonwoven fabric of different effect.The nonwoven fabric that ES fiber is made is usually comparatively soft, uses also pleasant, but will obtain the good super soft nonwoven of pliability, also need a kind of special ES fiber.
