Product Description

Anti-bacterial staple fiber is a new functional polyester staple fiber made by adding antibacterial masterbatch with special processing. Antibacterial agents(ions of silver , copper, or zinc) are dispersed into polyester melts during spinning.

Antibacterial fibers can be widely used in home textiles, underwear, sportswear, etc., especially for the elderly, pregnant women and infants. Clothes made of this fiber have good antibacterial performance and can resist the adhesion of bacteria on the clothes, thus keeping people away from the infection of bacteria. The resistance and killing effect of antibacterial fiber on bacteria is not a one-time temporary effect, but a long-term effect of weeks to years. The reason why it has such long-term antibacterial effect is that it adopts built-in design, which enables the antibacterial agent to slowly dissolve out and form a bacteriostatic layer on the fiber surface. Even if the surface antibacterial agent is washed off, new antibacterial agents will overflow to form a new bacteriostatic layer. Therefore, clothes made of this fiber have good washability
